By applying for the Hackarambh internship program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • The internship is a learning program designed to provide practical experience
  • Completion certificate will be awarded upon successful completion of all requirements
  • The offer letter is generated electronically and serves as proof of internship enrollment

2. Payment and Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

  • If the offer letter is not provided within 24 hours of payment
  • If the internship program is canceled by Hackarambh
  • Technical errors in payment processing (subject to verification)

No refunds will be provided after the internship has commenced.

3. Student Responsibilities

As an intern, you agree to:

  • Complete assigned projects and tasks within given deadlines
  • Attend weekly mentorship sessions (if applicable)
  • Maintain professional conduct throughout the internship
  • Submit required documentation for certificate issuance

4. Intellectual Property

Projects developed during the internship remain your intellectual property. However, Hackarambh reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials.

5. Privacy Policy

Your personal information will be used only for internship-related communications and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Fee

The internship registration fee is generally non-refundable as it covers administrative and platform setup costs.

2. Exception Cases

Refunds may be processed if:

  • The offer letter is not issued within 24 hours of payment.
  • There is a verified technical double payment error.

3. Timeline

Approved refunds take 5-7 working days to reflect in your original payment method.
